Even though we specialize in mostly modern carpets, kilims and textiles, we also feature a collection of exceptionally beautiful antique rugs that comprise our Antique Collection. It is reasonable, therefore, that each antique piece will be described individually for what it is.

This magnificent pure silk rug, has been made with the highest quality raw materials, superb dyes, designed and executed in one of the finest Tabriz workshops. In most other cases, our description of a rug is much lengthier and detailed. We believe, that in this particular case, if were to do justice to the rug, we should step aside and let it speak for itself !

Pieces of this caliber were usually woven in pairs and almost always never again.

The question is, who owns the other one … if it still exists.
